Dr. Williams is a third generation dentist. His father and grandfather were dentists in Richmond, Indiana. Dr. Williams graduated from IU in 1980 and has been in practice for the past 30 years here on the east side of Indianapolis. Dr. Williams was voted best dentist on the eastside a few years ago.
Financial Arrangements and Dental Insurance
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit for payment of services. We require that your co-pay be paid in full at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made. Our office is pleased to accept your insurance assignment. We offer this service as a courtesy to our patients. Please, be aware that the insurance contract is between you and your insurance company and you are fully responsible for any amount not paid by your insurance. We extend a 5% bookkeepers discount for cash, check or debit card, when services are paid in full at the time treatment is rendered. Our senior citizens will receive a 10% discount. All major treatments will require an appropriate down payment.
It is your responsibility to bring the required insurance information, i.e. deductible, calendar year, yearly maximum and coverage. If this is not on file, the responsibility for payment in full becomes yours. Your percentage is your responsibility as you go along. The insurance company should pay within 30 to 60 days. If the insurance has not paid by the 60 days, we may request that you pay the balance and be reimbursed by your insurance company.
In order to devote more of our time to our patients, we employ First Pacific Corporation to help with our billing services. They may prepare your monthly statement, and receive and record your payments. Not to be confused with a collection agency. First Pacific Corp. is an organization of people willing to assist you with any questions or problems you may have concerning your account with us. First Pacific gives you up-to-date, accurate records of your account with us.
Services rendered and payments received after the 20th of the month will be reflected on your next statement. Should you desire additional information or if a change in your circumstances requires special assistance in handling your account please contact First Pacific Corp: 1-800-544-2345. You may also look up previous statements on-line at https://myaccount.firstpac.com.
Extended payments are available upon request. Accounts outstanding more than 60 days from treatment date will bear interest at 1.25% per month or 15% annum. We offer No Interest Payment Plans through CareCredit.
Infection Control Program
As a result of practicing our 10-step infection control program, the risk of contracting an infectious disease in our office is virtually nonexistent, and considerably lower in risk than other medical procedures, such as anesthesia.
